Eligibility

  • All return&exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of package delivery (including the 14th day)...
  • Items must be in the same condition — unworn, unused, with the tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@honeear.com.
  • Stay in contact with us within two weeks to ensure smooth resolution.
  • Check for defects or wrong items and report them promptly.

Ineligibility (Non‑returnable Items)

  • No returns on final sale items, freebies, or gift cards.
  • Swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.
  • Accessories, flash sale items, etc. are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

Email support@honeear.com to arrange an exchange.

Only one return or exchange per item is allowed. Please decide carefully.

Refunds

  • You’ll be notified once we receive and inspect your return...
  • Please submit tracking info as soon as the return is shipped.
  • Refunds processed in 5 business days after receiving return.

Additional Notes

  • Buyer pays return shipping for unwanted or wrong purchases.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded unless item is damaged/lost.
  • Do not send returns to the original address on the package.
  • We are building return centers in the US, HK and more regions.
  • BOGO orders may be partially refunded proportionally.
  • No returns for Black Friday / Cyber Monday final sale items.
  • Accessories not eligible for promotions or free shipping.
